Annual Registration Jersey Pick Up

As stated on the registration form, there is an annual registration fee that comes with a jersey and helps us cover Patriarche Park rental costs, buy soccer equipment such as balls, cones, goals, agility ladders and more. We sent an email to everyone who is due for the registration fee.

• Select your child’s jersey size below.
• All jerseys will be available for pick up Thursday if you are on Thursdays and Saturday if your child plays on Saturdays.
• No exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing problem with the jersey.
