PARTICIPANT CONSENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in soccer-related activities organized by Red Cedar and understand the physical nature of the sport.
Assumption of Risk: I recognize that participation in soccer involves risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, or even death. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur during participation.
Waiver of Liability: I release and hold harmless Red Cedar, its staff, coaches, volunteers, affiliates, and venue providers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation in this activity.

Photography Release: I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used in photographs, videos, or promotional materials unless I submit a written objection.
Fitness to Participate: I affirm that I am physically able and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in soccer activities.
